Blackberry Hill Hospital
In partnership with Homes England, Bristol City Council and Sovereign Housing Association to transform the former Blackberry Hill Hospital site and create 346 much-needed, high-quality new homes (including 100 affordable homes).
Barton Park Sports Pavilion
New build sports pavilion including changing facilities, social space and function hall with associated external works including car park and children’s play area.
Castle Park View
The tallest residential building in the city centre of Bristol. The landmark 26-storey residential tower will provide 375 new homes, comprising 300 one and two-bedroom private rented sector homes apartments and 75 affordable homes, spanning a gross internal floor area of 29,373m2.
Churchward SEN School
Design and construction of new 75-place special educational needs school for pupils aged 11-19 years with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/or Social Communication Interaction Diﬃculties.
The new school provides a blend of therapeutic supportive rooms alongside general classroom spaces designed to support the academic, social, and emotional progress of the students. The single storey building includes sensory rooms, air-conditioned calm rooms attached to each classroom and low noise building services. The external landscaping includes sport and habitat areas as well as fenced de-escalation zones.
The Heights, Weybridge
The project consisted of 2 existing buildings (Building 1, first floor only, and Building 5, ground and first floor).
The works were the strip out of existing fit-out works, reconfiguring layout and new CAT A fit-out including M&E, ceilings, partitions, and dry-lining, carpentry, raised access flooring, floor finishes and decorations.
The tender process was a single-stage tender with design development being undertaken by our client prior to contract award.
High quality development of office building consisting of 2 equal sized buildings with a link between totalling 28,000m2. The bid includes the concrete frame, envelope, fit-out to Cat A and, extensive external works / parking scheme with two storey car park buildings. BREEAM “Excellent” and “Gold” WELL Building Standard underpinned the design requirements.
