Refurbishment works to 3 identical high-rise towers including over-cladding of existing external walls, replacement windows and doors, roof repairs and replacement, replacement rainwater pipes, balcony repairs and replacement balustrades. Minor structural repairs and some internal works were also part of the project. The project was procured through the SEWSCAP framework by Cardiff Council.

Commercial review and ongoing support including review sessions, Estimating and Quantity Surveying

Design and Construction of a new primary school including demolition of existing school, associated external works, offsite SAB works and drainage. The scheme was procured on the SEWSAP framework with a 2-stage tender process.

Debt recovery and retention release.

The design & build of the new Interchange building comprising a 318 room private residential building, 86,000 sq ft of office space including fit out, 240 space car park, retail space, new bus concourse and associated external works.

Services on a large number of Justice projects including prisons and courts consisting of demolition, refurbishment, services upgrades, extensions and new build including modular expansion programmes.
