With nearly 30 years in construction across the UK and the Bahamas, Ben has worked for contractors of all sizes, alongside roles with developers, subcontractors and on the client side.
Seeing projects from both sides of the table has given him a sharp commercial instinct. He knows where margin is won and lost, where risk hides in a contract, and why the right decision at the outset saves a difficult conversation at the end.
He works directly with clients on bid strategy, preconstruction and commercial planning, helping them decide which opportunities to pursue, how to price them and how to protect their position once on site.
Away from work, Ben enjoys time with his family, supporting his children’s sport and walking the dogs, Lenny and Hector. He plays tennis at his local club and has recently taken up golf, though finding time to improve is proving harder than finding the fairways.
