Initially undertook a commercial audit and business review of Preconstruction, Contract Administration and Post Completion processes with recommendations made for each. Since 2021 we have provided ongoing commercial consulting support as well as supporting the implementation of the recommendations made with new process solutions. In addition, the VOLOCO team are continuing to provide both Estimating and Quantity Surveying support across multiple projects.
Enabling works that were part of a wider scope being undertaken at The British Museum to the South West Energy Centre (SWEC) by a Main Contractor. The scope included alterations and service diversions, drainage works and associated surfacing and external works.
