Construction of a purpose-built student accommodation building, between 6, 8, & 17 storeys (780 bedrooms comprising 170 studios and 610 cluster units) with ancillary communal facilities/services and 3 ground floor commercial units.
Senior Quantity Surveying services to support the existing team with change control and package management of several key packages.
Also provided Design Management services to support the existing team with detailed design of major changes to the project.
Commercial review and ongoing support including review sessions, Estimating and Quantity Surveying
Design and installation of external facades including structural framing system to multi-storey residential tower blocks providing 297 apartments across two buildings on the former Avon Fire and Rescue headquarters site.
