High quality development of office building consisting of 2 equal sized buildings with a link between totalling 28,000m2. The bid includes the concrete frame, envelope, fit-out to Cat A and, extensive external works / parking scheme with two storey car park buildings. BREEAM “Excellent” and “Gold” WELL Building Standard underpinned the design requirements.
We led the bid team that included estimating, planning, operations and building services disciplines, developed the bid strategy and liaised with the client team.
Enabling works that were part of a wider scope being undertaken at The British Museum to the South West Energy Centre (SWEC) by a Main Contractor. The scope included alterations and service diversions, drainage works and associated surfacing and external works.
