Design and construction of a new Supercomputer facility for the University of Bristol, comprising the complex groundworks, steel frame, cladding, electrical, mechanical and security systems, including security fencing with associated external works.

Quantity Surveying and commercial support services from sub-contract procurement, management of sub-contract accounts, compilation of main contract variations through to Practical Completion, including final accounting and financial reporting.

 

Also provided O&M Manual collation services, supporting the project team in gathering and populating the end of project documentation.

Other Projects

Enabling works that were part of a wider scope being undertaken at The British Museum to the South West Energy Centre (SWEC) by a Main Contractor.  The scope included alterations and service diversions, drainage works and associated surfacing and external works.

The excavation of a single-storey extension to the existing basement library to form new library study and storage spaces, including the demolition of the existing rear library extension and erection of the replacement two-storey extension with external staircase, roof terrace and alterations to the West range to incorporate a new lift shaft at the Hertford Library.

The project consists of the fit-out and refurbishment of Ground Floor to Level 11 of the HMRC Cardiff Hub from the existing “Category A” Developer’s finish to “Category B” fit-out ready for occupation by the Employer. The scope consists of the strip-out of existing fit-out works, reconfiguring layout and new CAT A fit-out including M&E, ceilings, partitions and dry-lining, carpentry, raised access flooring, decorations, audio-visual installations etc.
